What data we collect

• Demo request: full name, venue name, city, type of business, number of venues, email, phone and the content of your message.
• Browsing data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected automatically by the systems that run the website, for security and proper operation.
• If you become a client: the data needed for the contract and invoicing.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

• To answer your request and arrange the demo: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To perform the contract and meet tax and accounting obligations, if you become a client (Article 6(1)(b) and (c)).
• To protect the website from abuse and attacks: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).

How long we keep it

• Demo requests: for as long as needed to handle them and any follow-up contact.
• Client data and invoices: for the duration of the relationship and then for 10 years, as Italian law requires for accounting records (Article 2220 of the Italian Civil Code).
• Browsing data: only for as long as strictly needed for the website's security.

Who may receive it

• Wix.com Ltd., the platform that hosts the website and the request form, as data processor.
• Email service providers, and tax and accounting advisers for legal obligations.
• We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers, such as Wix, may also process data outside the European Union. In those cases the transfer is covered by the safeguards set out in the GDPR, such as European Commission adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask at any time for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the authority of your country.

If you do not provide your data

You are not obliged to give us your data, but without the details requested in the form we cannot reply to you or arrange the demo. We do not take decisions based solely on automated processing.
